If you don't already recognize my friend Chris, you should definitely get to know her better.  Besides being GS Lillian's number one fan (seriously, I don't even know how many pieces she has at this point), she has the cutest little lifestyle blog where she chats about everyday life and showers you with gifts!

Despite the face that these pants are 100% ridiculous, I am 100% in love with them, and they've actually gotten quite a bit of wear.  This is pretty much a go to outfit, but I'm dying to try something a little more unconventional...wait, did I just imply that these pants are conventional? 

Any ideas?

Happy Thursday!

These are my favorite leggings, and believe it or not, they are from Walmart!  I've tried leggings all over the place and all price points, I like these the most.

Target overload here.

I hadn't even realized how Target heavy this outfit was until I started labeling it.  I'm sure you've noticed that I don't post a lot of links to the separate pieces.  It's because I RARELY even look at full priced items anymore, I always head straight for the clearance section...ESPECIALLY at Target.  Well, with the exception of belts.  Have you noticed the abundance of skinny belts Target is carrying these days, I can hardly make it out of the store without one in my bags.

venturing out

I finally ventured out today to take a few pictures, I brought my safety blanket though...

Somehow bringing my best buddy made taking pictures of myself a little less awkward, like I could pretend they were just of him. 

"Just taking a few pictures of my dog..." that's what I told everybody (nobody) who walked by.

I found this awesome necklace in my sample sale box.  I had forgotten all about it.  I was going to be stingy and keep it for myself, then I found another one.  So, I'm still stingy, but I'm going to put the other one in my upcoming Saturday Sample Sale.  So if you love it, you better grab it quick!

TGI 5way ~ Dottie Necklace

I haven't done a TGI 5way in a while, so I thought I'd pull one together with a few of my 30 for 30 picks.  I've worn my new GS Lillian Dottie necklace a few times lately, here and here.  It definitely seems to be one of my go to pieces this summer.  I love the bold and playful statement of this necklace, and when I found this scarf, I became obsessed with orange, navy, and their various shades.
