I can't tell you how long it's been since I've sewn a single stitch, but after searching high and low for a few simple pocketed skirts (that are nowhere to be found beyond my imagination), I knew it was time to get reacquainted with Mr. Singer.
Although I wasn't sure I even remembered how to use my sewing machine, everything came back to me in an instant, and in no time at all I was all set up and sewing away. I'll be perfectly honest, sewing isn't my favorite thing to do. I really don't have the patience required for most projects, however, this skirt was so easy to make, and was finished in less than 2 hours!
Here are a few completely usefulless tips...

Now put your hair in a pretty bun, take that bike for a spin, or just put your hands in your pockets...
because you just make a skirt with pockets!!!
**take note girls, next time I invite you over for coffee,
make sure I cleaned out that creamer.
